All purchases are final. Their are absolutely NO Refunds. If a physical product is purchased an has a defect the buyer has 14 calendar days to notify G3S CPR. G3S will send a replacement item at no additional cost. If you need to reschedule a class for any reason you may do so a maximum of 1 times by contacting G3S CPR by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled class. G3S will attempt to reschedule your session within 1 month of the originally scheduled session date. If a reschedule is not possible within the 1 month time frame, due to the customers schedule, G3S CPR's schedule or for any reason, the customer will forfeit the right to have their session rescheduled. G3s CPR does it's best not to cancel classes. However, In some case such as there are not enough students registered for a class., medical emergency, or other, G3s CPR has the right to cancel a class. If G3S CPR cancels a class you will have 30 days to reschedule your class at no additional cost. If you are unable to reschedule within 30 days for any reason you shall forfeit your payment and right to reschedule. Reschedule allowances are per purchase. G3S CPR is not responsible if a customer cannot make their scheduled appointment or cannot reschedule their appointment in the allotted time frame. The customer promises not to sue G3S CPR and its associates or defame G3S CPR for any reason.
